Quality System
In April 2007 the European Tissue Directive comes into force and all IVF clinics in the UK will need to have in place a quality management system. We are the first IVF clinic in the UK to be designed with a quality management system in place from the outset. We aim to be certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards in April following the first external audit of our procedures.
Our Vision is be the centre of excellence in the South of England (Sussex, Kent and Surrey) for both NHS and private patients requiring fertility, gynaecology and early pregnancy care.
Our Mission is to provide, without any delay, expert advice and treatment to all patients with fertility, gynaecology and early pregnancy problems in a caring and supportive, state of the art, environment.
Our Quality Management System ensures that all procedures at the Agora are carried out to the highest standard in a meticulous, safe and organised manner. Regular internal and external audits of all aspects of our work, guarantees that these standards are maintained. Each year we set out our quality objectives to make certain we are always improving the services we offer.
