Disabled Facilities
We comply with all aspects of the Disability and Discrimination Act (DDA) so that if a patient or their partner, friend or relative with a mobility restriction or visual or hearing impairment attends the centre they can be independent.
We can call for a translator or sign language interpreter to be present or available on the telephone when this is required by a patient and can have any of our written information translated by Language Line (
www.languageline.co.uk ). There is a portable induction loop available at reception for those with hearing impairment.
